American Monument Co. is a family owned and operated business serving the area of Southern Illinois for over 15 years. The company was purchased from Harold Adams, Adams Monuments, in 1988. Mr. Adams had been in the monument business for over 40 years.  He continued to work for our company for several years.  During this time, he personally trained the current owner, Scott Patterson, in all aspects of monument craftsmanship.
